DO I HAVE TO PUT EVERYTHING I AM CARRYING INTO THE PERMISSIBLE BAG?
No. Guests can carry in their pockets: keys, makeup, feminine products, combs, phones, wallets, credit cards, etc., if they choose not to put them in a clear bag or clutch purse (5″ x 7″). Guests can carry a jacket over the shoulders, and binoculars and/or cameras around their necks or in their hands without the case. Guests can use the clear bag or clutch to carry any personal items that meet the specified criteria.
WILL CLEAR BAGS WITH PATTERNS OR OVERSIZED LOGOS BE PERMITTED?
No. Bags covered with patterns or oversized logos that jeopardize the screening process, by not allowing security staff to view through and inside of the bag, will be denied entry. Guests will need to transfer personal items into a provided Ziploc-style bag and return the prohibited bag to their vehicle.
TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS
When arriving at Frontier Park gates, guests will pass through a 2-point security. Clear bag viewing by personnel and through a magnetometer. To speed the security screen process:
- Make sure any bags being carried meet the clear bag policy guidelines
- Remove any jackets or other large, bulky items from your bag and carry these in hand. When the contents of your bag are clearly visible, staff can screen bags without requiring any contents to be removed. If jackets or other items conceal the contents of a bag, staff must request that they be removed in order for screening to take place, delaying the process.
- For screening with the metal detector, remove any keys, coins or other metal objects from your pockets and hold these in hand.
