Consideration is given to exhibitors renewing their current location however CFD, Inc.
reserves the right to assign all spaces. CFD will begin contracting around February. If you
do not receive a contract you are on the exhibitor waiting list for 2019 and you will need to
reapply each year to stay current on the waiting list.
2019 fee schedule (TENATIVE — UP FOR COMMITTEE REVIEW)
Indoor standard space (9’ x 10’ or 8.5’ x 14’) $800-$900
Indoor corner space (same dimensions) $850-$1000
Outdoor space $4 to $7/square foot

Exhibit Contracting will begin in February, 2019.
Note: indoor spaces are in the exhibit hall and under the grandstand area. Under the grandstand has both 8.5’ x 14’ and 9’ x 10’ spaces with some height limitation. For outdoor set up you must have your own set up (NO STAKES ON TENTS. THEY MUST BE WATER BARREL OR SAND BAG). We rent the space only…no table, chairs, water barrels, etc. The new midway buildings are either 12’ x 12 or 12’ x 24’. The exhibit hall is made up of 9’ x 10’ spaces. Indoor booth hours are 10:30 am to 9:30 pm, outdoor/midway hours 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and must be manned all hours, all days of the show. Insurance is required by all exhibitors. Each indoor booth is sectioned off by drapery.
