Frequently Asked Questions
WHY DID CFD RESTRUCTURE THE SEASON TICKET PROGRAM?
The past CFD Season Ticket Program was a great way to allow guests to sit in their favorite location without the responsibility of purchasing those seats long term. The requested seat changes became a logistical challenge forcing CFD to manually manage each ticket, every year. The result often ended in guests sitting in different seats for every event.
The newly restructured program will allow Season Ticket Club Members to have a true season ticket experience. The same number of seats, in the same location, for every CFD performance they attend.
WHY DID CFD CHANGE THE SEAT MAP, AND WHY ARE MY SEATS NOT THE SAME NUMBERS?
During 2021, CFD had many seating issues. The map of the entire venue has been redesigned and renumbered. The seats are the same, but they do have new numbers. These changes will allow ushers to help guests to their seats.
WHO IS A SEASON TICKET CLUB MEMBER?
A Season Ticket Club Member (Club 1897 (All Events); Daddy of ‘em All Club (All Rodeo); or Frontier Nights Club (All Nightshows)) will have the same number of tickets, in the same location for every performance.
WHO IS AN ANNUAL TICKET HOLDER?
Annual Ticket Holders do not have the same number of seats, in the same location, for every CFD performance.
The number of tickets on your account, or the number of years you have been a ticket holder, do not make you a Season Ticket Club Member. Example: four rodeo tickets on Wednesday and Thursday.
I’M AN ANNUAL TICKET HOLDER, WILL I LOSE MY EXISTING SEATS?
In 2022, we have made every effort not to relocate any Annual Ticket Holder. However, in 2023 we will begin the relocation process, by placing guests who are true Season Ticket Club Members (All 18 Events or 9 Rodeos or 9 Night Shows) in the same seats for ALL their events.
Annual Ticket Holders who are upgrading to a Season Ticket Club membership will slowly be relocated to their requested seats. Remaining Annual Ticket Holders will be notified if a move to the best available seating needs to be made.
I CAN’T USE ALL THE TICKETS ON MY SEASON TICKET CLUB MEMBERSHIP. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY EXTRA TICKETS?
Season Ticket Club Members can use AXS’ Resale Program at no charge, and list their tickets back into CFD’s inventory via their AXS Account. We anticipate these seats will sell quickly within our inventory because of their prime location.
HOW DOES THE RESALE PROGRAM WORK?
Login to your AXS account (a link will be sent to all Season Ticket Club Members) and click on “Sell Tickets.” Those tickets will “return” to CFD inventory and be sold online to the public. Once sold, the original price of the ticket will be deposited back to you.
CFD will not guarantee the resale of your tickets, however Season Ticket Club Members have the best seats in our venue. The sooner you list the tickets, the better the opportunity to resell your tickets.
By choosing to resell your tickets, you are not releasing them, and they will stay on your account for the following year.
CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS OFFERS PAYMENT PLANS?
When you receive your invoice, follow the instructions on how to access your AXS Account.
Login and select Payment Options. The total of your bill can be equally divided up into 4 automatic payments, 2 automatic payments, or you can simply pay in full. A credit card must be placed on file within your AXS Account.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR FRONTIER CLUB PARKING?
Frontier Parking was developed 15 years ago and was intended for the true Season Ticket Holder. CFD has allowed any guest with or without tickets to buy a spot in past years.
The program has been restructured and Frontier Parking will be available for Club 1897 Members, and the Daddy of ‘em All Club and Frontier Nights Club Members.
