Barrel racer Tayla Moeykens grew accustomed to winning while at Montana State. She made it to the college finals four consecutive years and at her first Cheyenne Frontier Days Moeykens captured the victory in the first day of semifinals competition Friday. She finished faster than anyone thus far.
