How do I place my request for Group Rodeo tickets?

How many people do I need to get a discount on tickets?
All you need is a group of 15 or more people to be able to receive discounted tickets to Cheyenne Frontier Days. Your group can be made up of friends, family, co-workers, or anyone else that you know. The only requirement is that the entire ticket order is placed at the same time with one group leader (contact) and one method of payment.
Can I receive a discount on rodeo tickets and concert tickets?
Only Rodeo tickets are available for group discounts.
Night Shows are not available for group sales because the artist and/or event management typically imposes a ticket limit per customer, credit card or address in order to provide ticket access to as many fans as possible.
How much is the discount?
Orders of 15 or more will receive a $3-5 discount per rodeo ticket. The discount depends on the location of the seats.
Do I get any complimentary tickets with my order?
As a Group Leader, you will receive 1 comp rodeo ticket for every 15 tickets that you purchase.
Can I split the rodeo ticket order between different days?
Though discounted Group Tickets may be purchased for rodeos on different days, a minimum of 15 tickets per day must be ordered for each rodeo to qualify for the discount.
How much is the deposit?
Group Reservations must be accompanied by a required deposit at the time of booking.
ORDERS LESS THAN $1000-DEPOSIT $100
ORDERS OVER $1000-DEPOSIT $250
When is the final payment due?
All payments are due 60 days after the initial reservation (date of the original invoice). The final payment will be charged to the credit card that was provided at the time of deposit.
Alternate payment changes must be made on or before the due date.
Where will my seats be located? Can my Group sit together?
The seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis so it’s important to submit your request early to receive the best possible seats. The Ticket Office will work to seat your entire group in the same area, but it will depend on if there are enough seats available in the section you have requested.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Reservations may be changed at any time before the final payment is made. Tickets are subject to availability so it’s important to notify the Ticket Office as soon as possible if additional tickets are needed. Once tickets are paid for and issued, refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted. Deposits can be refunded before the payment due date.
If my group or members of my group can’t make it, can we resell our tickets?
Group tickets cannot be resold. If you have special circumstances, please contact the Ticket Office.
Are my group tickets digital delivery or paper tickets?
All Group Tickets are digital tickets. If you need paper tickets, please contact the Ticket Office. Paper tickets will be held at Will Call only and only the Group Leader may pick them up.
Do I need tickets for any children in my group?
All persons over 2 years old will be charged full admission (less applicable group discounts).
Do you provide tickets on consignment?
We do not handle consignment tickets. If you have an unusual situation regarding your reservation or payment, please contact our Ticket Office for assistance.
Do you offer parking for people with Group Tickets?
Groups traveling by bus or motorcoach receive free parking. Please give the name of your group to the Ticket Office and they will arrange for parking in our shuttle parking lot. For those arriving in their own vehicles, public parking is provided at Frontier Park for $25 per vehicle, or shuttle parking is available for $20 per vehicle.
Do you have food available? Can we bring our own food into the park?
Outside food and picnics are not permitted on the Frontier Park. Contact the Ticket Office for more information.
