Cheyenne Frontier Days, City of Cheyenne and Laramie County Team Up for Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration

Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD), the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County have partnered to present the annual Fourth of July fireworks display for the Cheyenne community.

The 2025 fireworks show will launch at 9:35 p.m. on Friday, July 4 and is designed to be visible from neighborhoods across Cheyenne.

For safety purposes and visibility, Carey Avenue will close to vehicle traffic starting at 3 p.m. Lions Park will be open with the south end accessible to foot traffic only and the north end open as usual. Organizers ask spectators to please note that Frontier Park will not be open as a viewing location.

This Fourth of July celebration is made possible by a financial partnership with Cheyenne Frontier Days, the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County to help cover fireworks costs, which have increased over the years.

Tune in to local radio station KFBC at 1240 AM and 97.5 FM to hear the patriotic broadcast accompanying the fireworks display.
