ADA Services

PUBLIC RESTROOMS & WATER STATIONS

All public restrooms and portable restrooms have accessible stalls at all locations across the park. All water fountains have accessible filling stations and fountains.

TRANSPORTATION

Cheyenne Frontier Days provides transport for any guests who require mobility assistance or walking from the Blue Lot or Park-n-Ride (Hynds Entry) drop-off. Upon arrival at the park, patrons may wait for assistance at the designated area, golf carts are continually running to pick up those who require assistance at the grandstands or parking. Patrons may also request a ride by calling (307)778-7232 .

GUIDED TOURS

Guided Tours of Cheyenne Frontier Days are available for Visually Impaired/Blind Customers from July 17-26, 2026. Tour guides will provide an inclusive tour upon request. Please contact CFD Ticket Office for more information at (307)778-7222. Visit nad.org for more information.

ASL SERVICES

Cheyenne Frontier Days provides accommodations for the hard of hearing and the hearing-impaired community for all the events during the 10-day run. Certified ASL interpreters are provided for our guests. Please call the Cheyenne Frontier Days Ticket Office for assistance, seating locations or to purchase tickets at (307)778-7222 or (307)778-1433.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Cheyenne Frontier Days allows guests to bring their service animal into any area of public accommodation and any place to which the public is invited. Cheyenne Frontier Days uses the same definition of public accommodation as the ADA.

SENSORY FRIENDLY ACCOMODATIONS

Cheyenne Frontier Days has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our Team Members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at the Ticket Office. You can use the items in these bags to help better enjoy the event with your group.
